Halifax Mk II, W1229, NF-A, took off at 1020 hrs, the aircraft bounced during a cross wind landing after a training flight. The undercarriage collapsed and the aircraft was written off. There were no injuries to the crew.
This pilot was involved in another training accident 3 days later.
